I've been seeing Dr. Ky and Dr. Scott for the last eight years. Doctors are very knowledgeable and absolutely passionate and caring. There's a couple of negative reviews on here about phone service and appointment setting. I have to 100% disagree with both issues. Whenever I had an emergency or have to make an appointment change they're always willing to work with me if they're able. Honestly I don't know where I would be without Dr. Ky and Dr. Scott's help. They both work very hard because they're extremely busy and take the time to thoroughly explain everything. It can't be easy having to deal with a lot of people in pain and complaining but they do a fantastic job listening to us and helping us with all their knowledge. The whole entire staff is very friendly and always have treated me with the utmost respect. Also the place is always very clean and well maintained. Thank you to the entire staff for all your dedication and hard work.

I have been a patient of Dr. Ky's for quite a long time, dealing with a severe spinal problem. From the very beginning, Dr. Ky has been a great doctor. His dedication to helping me has been unwavering, and I can't thank him enough. His staff is equally remarkable, diligently following Dr. Ky's guidance for my treatments. His staff are caring, kind, and positive people. Dr. Ky and his staff understand the pain their patients are in and work hard to help. To anyone in pain, I highly recommend you see Dr. Ky, no one else will offer you this level of care and relief. I rate Dr. Ky's private practice and surgical center a perfect 10 out of 10. Thanks to his expertise, I'm out of the wheelchair and walking slowly, but I'm walking again. What he has done for me matters a lot and is important to me and my family.

I am a victim of several botched surgeries, and combined with a genetic condition, I suffer from excruciating pain every day. I cannot perform normal daily activities for myself or my children. Many doctors turned me away and denied trying with me. Dr. Keys is the only doctor that had hope for me and he saved me. He is the most patient, caring, knowledgeable doctor I've come across. His attitude, drive, and humor not only has allowed me to live, but has also made every step of this journey comfortable, safe, and enjoyable for me. His staff are amazing as well. I have a lot of respect for Dr. Keys as not only is he an astonishing doctor, he saved my life.

Everyone should have a doctor who cares about his patience as much as Dr Ky the other day when I was in his office he apologized to me because I was in so much pain and he was having problems making my pain better how many doctors care that much these days that they're going to apologize to you because they can't help you

Dr. Ky has done wonders for me. I wish I knew about him before I was fused by another Dr. His approach to pain is outstanding. He doesn't just fill you with pills he addresses the problem in a more healing approach. Definitely would highly recommend him to other pain sufferers . A+ in my book

Dr Ky has an unprecedented bedside manner and is very thorough and efficient. He truly cares for his patients and does his best to help them receive pain relief. If you are looking for pain relief and not just a prescription for opiates, he is your best option.

Hi care and passion and his staff are so caring and when he running behind he still will sit and talk to you and lay all the facts before you even show you and explain all x-rays and issues.i was hit by a 18 wheeler massage spine compression and factors and he gave me hope and a 2nd chance at life.he want to fix the problem not mask it and get you back to a close to normal life one can live.most Dr's spend 5 min max and say o well..see your pain management dr...not him he wants to fix you and help you and care for you and most of all looks you in the eyes and tells you all the good and bad and is there to help you find a new path of healing and way of life.if I didn't see him I won't know half what I know know about my cause of pain...plz see him.he cares.i was at my crossroads and scared.he is a blessing him and his staff.i travel 3hrs to see him from lodi and I would go to the ends of the world to be seen by him.hes is a life line of hope and healing and treats you with love.

Dr Ky works to alleviate your pain so that you won't need medication. If you are just looking to get high or want pills, this probably isn't where you want to go. But if you want real solutions to your pain. the Dr Ky is where you need to go. I tried 2 other pain doctors before coming to Dr Paul Ky and he really knows what he is doing to resolve your pain issues. The biggest problem is Medicare not wanting to pay for real solutions.

I started seeing Dr.Ky for the constant nerve pain I had in my left leg/lower back, he has helped minimize that extremely. He has helped me so much where I was able to keep working to this present day. If I did not start seeing him I don't thing I would have still been working today, I seen a couple doctors before Dr.Ky and I was still in pain. My family doctor who retired said He has different techniques and he could help, he was right, he's very honest, tells you what he can and cannot do, the choice is yours, stop living in pain, go see Dr Ky, Would like to thank him & his whole office/surgery center staff!!

Dr. Ky is by far the best doctor I've ever seen in regards to my neck and back pain. His assessment was detailed and methodical, and he remained attentive to all my questions and concerns.... And trust me, I had A LOT of questions!!! He was in no way rushed, and took the time to thoroughly explain everything to me. Not only is he incredibly knowledgeable and update on all the latest evidence based practice, Dr. Ky maintains a high degree of professionalism and has excellent bedside manner. Due to his phenomenal clinical expertise, he had me accurately diagnosed immediately. He was able to give me an ultrasound guided injection at my first visit, and the pain relief was instantaneous. I am beyond satisfied with the care I received, and would recommend Dr. Ky to all of my family and friends without any reservations!!

Dr. Paul Ky is the most caring and attentive doctor I have ever encountered. I came to Doctor Ky, due to months of big toe pain. He was able to immediately assess and treat my toe with immediate relief. Although, my big toe was out of his specialty I was in dire need of pain relief and it was increasingly preventing me from my daily activities. Before I arrived to Dr. Ky's office I was limping because of big toe pain. I came from San Francisco and was able to go home and continue being on my feet, I was even able to exercise a few days after treatment. He is the most efficient with his care and knows exactly what to do. Also, sending me home with valuable information to prevent further toe pain, infection prevention, and I left feeling reassured. After taking his advice I have not experienced any pain since.

I have been a patient here for about 12 years. One fall changed my life forever. Dr. Ky and his staff are amazing, compassionate and caring. The PA's are very knowledgeable and always willing to explain exactly what my care is and how it will work. I truly believe that if it wasn't for Dr. Ky, I would not still be working. They always discuss new therapeutic avenues with me and address any cares or concerns I may have. Highly recommended!

Dr Ky's is an amazing dr and human being he spends like an hour with you one thing he sat at his Surgery Center for me to get there at 7:30pm then sat and talked for over an hour. If it wasn't for Dr Paul Ky's I wouldn't be walking around and be painless after 20 years. Thank you Dr Ky and you're wonderful staff. I would tell a stranger about needing to go to you

I've been a patient of Dr Ky's for over 5 yrs and he is a wonderful caring Dr. His staff is amazing. The treatments I've received have made it possible to enjoy my life again. I have many issues with my spine. Surgery in 2000 made it worse but this office has changed my life and my ability to take part in it. Thank you Dr Ky and your staff for all you do! You are all Rock Stars!
